In its almost 60 years of activity, GEA has always placed importance on young talents and the personal and professional growth of its team. Therefore, we are constantly seeking talented young graduates, PhDs, and/or MBAs, or professionals who have trained in other organizations and share our consulting model. The ideal candidate is curious, intuitive, committed, ambitious, skilled in problem analysis and diagnosis, creative in ideas, with excellent listening skills, and capable of asserting their ideas/positions with high initiative.
The work environment at GEA is predominantly informal, with non-hierarchical relationships among colleagues, unfiltered exposure to clients, and a growth path largely developed side by side with more senior colleagues, following the artisanal workshop model.
